General Terms & Conditions

The Car Competition (‘the promotion’) is open to all existing and new customers who opt-in to the promotion on Betsson between June 1, 2016 at 00:00 CET and June 29, 2016 at 23:59 CET (‘the promotion period’) and guess the number of balls in the BMW 116i.
The winner. The player who wins is the player who correctly guesses (or most closely guesses) the number of balls in the Betsson car. If 2 or more players submit the same guess or guess equally close, the player who submitted the correct (or closest correct) guess first will be the winner.
The prize. The winner will get the BMW 116i. This will be the car as shown in the image on Betsson during the promotion period. Any damage sustained to the BMW 116i during the promotion period or in transit to the winner will not be remedied by Betsson and the car will be delivered to the winner ‘as is’. The prize will include the BMW 116i, delivery and import taxes only. The winner will be responsible for all other costs, taxes and expenses in accepting the prize, and any legal ‘on road’ requirements associated with using the car (including, but not limited to, any road tax and insurance). The car will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you (which must be in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands or Iceland).
Additional guesses. You can enter (and guess) as many times as you like for each additional play of €10 made on Betsson.com, played on slots and/or videoslots during the promotion period. Additional guesses are limited to a maximum of one per day throughout the promotion period and an additional guess cannot be made on the same day as your first guess. Additional guesses must be submitted by 23.59 CET on the same day as it is earned, unused guesses will be lost.
To take part in the promotion you must be resident in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland or Iceland.
The winner will be notified by Betsson via phone on June 30, 2016. If the winner does not accept the prize/cannot be contacted within 24 hours, then another winner (being the winner placed second) will (subject to the replacement winner being contactable) receive the prize.
Employees of Betsson, their licensed dealers, agents and affiliates, and employees’ immediate families cannot take part in the promotion. Immediate family members include all people living at the same address as the employee.
Acceptance of any prize is subject to the players consent to the use of their name and/or likeness and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consent. You agree to take part in all post competition publicity which may be featured in media worldwide. You may also be required (and agree) to all post competition publicity which may include media interviews, events and/or publicity photoshoots.
No cash alternative is available for the prize.
